Pelican State
Pelican State is a new restaurant close to St Christopher’s Place in London, which specialises in big, bold Cajun flavours from the Deep South. Their signature Seafood boils and Crispy platters are full-on flavour and worth getting in a mess over. Our output for this project was loud, laidback and fun.
