Pelican State specialises in big, bold Cajun flavours from America’s Deep South. They have opened in three London locations to date, with more expected to follow.
Their signature Seafood boils and Crispy platters are full-on flavour and worth getting in a mess over. Our output for this project was loud, laidback and fun.
